Booty Blast

HIIT for the Lower Body (Specifically the Booty)

The original Booty Blast program was created by an amazing pilates instructor named Kristie Erikson who lives and teaches in Costa Rica. We still utilize her original routine but also rotate through some other HIIT workout that really targets those glutes and legs. It is 30 minutes of high-intensity interval training which means we work hard for 30 seconds, then rest for 15 seconds for each exercise. The only equipment ever used are booty bands, mats, and sometimes sliders. It is a quick yet very effective workout that is sure to lift and tone those glutes. Come give it a try! Your booty will thank you.

Strength 30X

Reps & Sets Resistance Band Workout (Targeting the upper body)

This program was created for you to complement our Booty Blast program. This circuit style workout utilizes different resistance band and bodyweight exercises to tone, tighten and strengthen the arms, shoulders, back, chest, and abs. This class is only 30 minutes as well and is sure to get those toned arms you have been wanting. Remember, when you build muscle you burn more fat and help that metabolism work more efficiently!
